About the Life Changing Plan

My life felt like it was burning down all around me. Within the span of 1 year, my health got worse, my marriage was struggling, and I gained 30lbs in 6 months (having just lost it the year before). Every morning I woke up with crippling anxiety that made it difficult to get out of bed. The catalyst of this was working 24/7 to keep my business from going bankrupt. 

I read every book about manifestation and changing my life. From The Secret, to the Teachings of Abraham Hicks, to Joe Dispenza. You name it, I read it. I spent countless hours listening to business and manifestation coaches on social media, podcasts, and YouTube, each with their own interesting perspectives. I understood the concepts, the teachings resonated with me, but nothing seemed to work the way "they" promised it would. 

One day, I woke up and decided I had enough of this. I was done with only dreaming of the life I wanted. I wanted to actually LIVE it. Fundamentally and conceptually I understood that I had to tap into the energy of my future self in order to align with what I was wanting. I just couldn't figure out how to do it.

I sat down, closed my eyes and visualized myself living the life I wanted to live. It was a day-in-the-life visualization of my future, like a movie and I was the main character. I asked myself: "What does that version of me do to maintain such a great life?" It was so easy to list off what she was doing in the morning, in the evening, how she was exercising, the types of food she was eating, her outlook on life and herself, her confidence, etc.

In that moment I realized, my current circumstances might suck but nothing is stopping me from acting like that future version of me right now. Why can't I bring in that high vibrational energy from the future, into my present moment? Of course I can.

And so, combining everything I have learned, I created a plan for myself on an old notebook with simple and realistic steps to tapping into that incredible energy of my future self. I created habits and routines that were simple to keep but also would make me feel good, productive, and successful, the exact vibes that future me has an abundance of.

No, you won't have to start waking up at 5am (unless you want to), but you can start incorporating habits and routines that support the person you want to be. You are stepping away from what you don't want and stepping into what you do want by behaving and acting as if you are already that future version of you right now. This is the key.
